鸡肉蔬菜烩饭 Chicken-Vegetable Chinese Risotto

材料:(2人份量)
Ingredients: (Portion for 2)

红葱头1粒
Shallots1 clove
蒜头数瓣
GarlicFew cloves
罐头蘑菇1罐
Canned Mushrooms1 can
鸡胸肉1片
Chicken Breast Meat1 piece
切段的青葱适量
Chopped spring OnionHandful
清水100毫升
Water100ml

调味料:
Seasoning:

酱油 2汤匙
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
蚝油 1汤匙
Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
麻油 1汤匙
Sesame oil 1 tablespoon

煮法:
1)将红葱头和蒜头切碎,备用。
      Chop shallots & garlic into small pieces.

2)把其他材料切成小丁块,备用。
      Chop other ingredients into small pieces too.

3)把锅预热,倒入食油,先爆香红葱头和蒜头。
      Preheat the cooking pan, add cooking oil and saute the shallots & garlic.

4)红葱头和蒜头微呈金黄色后,倒入罐头蘑菇和青葱一起翻炒,然后加入清水焖煮2分钟。
      When shallots & garlic turn into golden color, pour in mushrooms & spring onion and stir-fry. After that, add in water to boil for 2 minutes.

5)倒入鸡肉和调味料,煮至鸡肉熟透,约2分钟即可。
      Add in chicken breast meat and seasoning. Cook for about 2 minutes until the meat is cooked.

6)把煮好的米饭,淋上煮好的材料,即可上桌。
       Serve the dish with rice.

Little Tips:

鸡肉和蔬菜可随自己喜欢的口味自行更改,煮法照旧。选用色彩鲜艳的蔬菜可让菜肴看起来更吸引人。
Using the same cooking method, you can choose your own desired ingredients. Colourful vegetables will make the dish more attractive.

可以在烹饪前,先用酱油和麻油腌制鸡肉,让其更入味。
Marinate chicken breast meat with soy sauce & sesame oil will create more flavour to the meat.

烹煮鸡肉前,加点黍粉搅拌鸡肉,可让其更加嫩滑顺口。
Mix some corn flour into chicken breast meat will make the meat more tender.
