烧烤鲜鱼 Oven Baked Fish

材料:(2人份量)
Ingredients: (Portion for 2)

红葱头                     2粒
Shallots                     2 cloves
蒜头                         数瓣
Garlic                        Few cloves
辣椒                         1条
Chili                          1
番茄                         1粒
Tomato                     1
鱼肉                         1片
Fish meat                  1 piece

调味料:
Seasoning:

三岜辣椒酱              2汤匙
Sambal chili sauce       2 tablespoons    
酸柑汁                      1小碗
Lime juice                   1 small bowl



煮法:
Cooking Method:

1)将红葱头、蒜头、辣椒和番茄切碎,备用。
      Chop shallots, garlic, chili & tomato into small pieces.

2)把鱼肉清洗干净沥干,抹上三岜辣椒酱。
      Clean the fish meat and let it dry. Coat the fish meat with sambal chili cause.

3)用锡纸做成碗,把鱼肉和切碎的红葱头、蒜头、辣椒及番茄一并放到锡纸里,然后包起来。
      Fold a container using tinfoil. Put in the fish meat and other ingredients into the container and wrap it up.

4)将烤箱预热后,把锡纸连带材料放进烤箱烘烤15分钟,温度约200度。
      Preheat the oven. Put in the container to bake for 15 minutes with temperature of about 200 Celsius.

5)烘烤至15分钟后,把锡纸略微打开,曝露鱼肉的表层,再烘烤10分钟。这样会使鱼肉微焦,更具风味。
      After baking for 15 minutes, open the container to expose the surface of fish meat. Bake for another 10 minutes. This will make the fish meat to be a bit grilled and burnt which will spark up the taste of the dish.

6)最后,把酸柑汁淋在烤熟的鱼肉,即可上桌。
      Lastly, pour lime juice onto the baked fish meat and it is ready to be served.

Little Tips:

鱼肉可用其他肉类代。,肉片较厚,就需要烘烤较长时间。
Fish meat can be replaced by other type of meat. It takes longer time to bake if the meat is thick.

加点蔬菜菇类和肉类一起烘烤,会有意想不到的效果哦!蔬菜的甜味会渗透至肉里,肉会变得格外鲜甜。
Bake the meat with vegetables and mushrooms, you will get unexpected taste! The sweetness of the vegetables will be absorbed by the meat. The meat will taste much sweeter than usual.
